About The Position

Walter USA, part of a globally established organization, is expanding its state-of-the-art Solid Carbide Drills facility in Greer, South Carolina—and we want you on our team! We’re hiring a CNC Operator for our 3rd shift in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet. What will I be doing? Requirements

Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship
Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Familiarity with machine maintenance practices
Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required
