Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC routers, mills, or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic computer input
• A team-player mindset with a commitment to producing quality work

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers and cutters to fabricate parts from wood, composite, or plastic materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material lists to ensure accurate cuts
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality before passing to the next stage
• Perform basic machine maintenance, tool changes, and cleaning
• Collaborate with downstream departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and well-organized
