Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a school program
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Basic experience using calipers, micrometers, or hand tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment after machine setup is completed
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Assist in maintaining quality standards and inspections
• Work with various materials and understand material identification systems
• Support multiple machining areas including: CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Manual Machines, Tool Cell
• Perform basic tooling tasks
• Help maintain equipment and follow preventative maintenance procedures
• Use internal systems such as Encompix as needed
• Support the machining department with day-to-day operations
