Position: CNC Machine Operator – Long Run Team We're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver precision and quality.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of CNC operator experience
- Ability to manage one or more CNC machines
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines: load raw stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, make offsets, and package products.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards.
- Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
- Maintain machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping.
- Collect and document production data.
