About The Position

A working operator who meets the daily production standards. Also, assists with general maintenance of equipment, on-the-job training of personnel, and troubleshooting quality and mechanical problems.

Requirements

Must have an understanding of operating complex machinery
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be quality focused
Must be able to rotate to other positions
Must be able to read prints
Able to take direction from multiple sources
Must be able to multi-task
GED/High school diploma preferred
Previous experience with CNC or machine operating
Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily
Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product
Flexible in their work schedule and able to work for 10 hours up to 4 -6 months
Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule
Intermediate computer knowledge

Responsibilities

Will check parts for physical defects.
Identify parts to print for correct identification.
Load and unload parts from CNC machines.
Route and finish parts to print.
Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day.
Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.).
Must have general computer knowledge.
Must follow specific work instructions of assembly requirements.
General cleaning of work area, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors.
Understands the QCDSM boards and participates in continuous improvement activities.
