About The Position

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for set-ups, tooling, minor program edits, and machining a variety of materials ranging from high-hard steel to aluminum. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art, clean, and high-tech facility with 15–20 advanced CNC machines (and more on the way), where precision, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, speeds & feeds, materials, and set-up practices.
• Experience running larger/complex parts with short production runs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make program adjustments.
• You should be proficient in: GD&T CNC Tooling CNC Programming G-Code Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Tolerance Analysis M-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Machine Setups for Production Runs Troubleshooting CNC Machines Manual Machining Skills CAD/CAM Software Injection Molding Experience

Nice To Haves

• Degree or certification in machining, manufacturing, or related field highly preferred.
• Leadership skills and interest in taking on greater responsibility.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (Tebis, Lemoine, Intevis) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC set-ups on larger, more complex parts with limited runs.
• Make minor program edits as needed (programming handled by in-house programmers).
• Set up tooling and ensure proper speeds, feeds, and materials are used.
• Document and communicate any quality issues in alignment with ISO and company standards.
• Ensure jobs are completed on-time and to specification.
• Work with a variety of materials, including high-hard steel and aluminum.
