We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
