Scope of Position This highly motivated individual, as part of the Lockers department, will be responsible for operating a CNC machine to produce product using plastic and phenolic materials. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of previous CNC Operation experience
  • Completion of a formal CNC machining program or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions and job travelers.
  • Basic understanding of department computer applications.
  • Replace tooling heads on machines to ensure smooth cutting operations.
  • Utilize measuring tools.
  • Load raw materials into machines and monitor operations to ensure parts are made to exact specifications.
  • Meets/Exceeds productivity expectations set by management.
  • Understands and engages in department metrics.
  • Scan and receive product to inventory.
  • Change out dust collector bags (as needed).
  • Helps support other department functions as needed.
  • Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.
  • Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)
