About The Position

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator with experience running and setting up CNC lathes and mills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and/or mills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Load programs, set tooling, and make necessary machine adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments during production runs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
