About The Position

Walter USA, part of a globally established organization, is expanding its state-of-the-art Solid Carbide Drills facility in Greer, South Carolina—and we want you on our team! We’re hiring CNC Operators for our 3rd shift in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet. What will I be doing? Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in our Geometry Grind Department Support high-performance tooling production with precision and efficiency Apply your knowledge of basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding operations
Requirements
- Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship
- Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with machine maintenance practices
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
