Your Role on Our Team : The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Sufficient knowledge interpret ing technical data accurately
• M echanical aptitude and b asic math skills
• Proficient p roblem solving and analytical skills
• Highly detail oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations ( 5 0%)
• Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%)
• Make offsets and adjustments as (20%)
• Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%)
• Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)
• Complete documentation as or request ed (10%)
• Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)
• Practice 5Ss ( 5 %)
