About The Position

Machine Operator - CNC Mill/Lathe Department: CNC Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (4/10's) Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts of various materials and sizes according to blueprints.
• Understand and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Observe and implement lean manufacturing methods.
• Ensure consistent quality and proper loading of parts and tools.
• Identify and resolve tooling issues, replacing worn tools as necessary.
• Support production of parts ranging from miniature to very large sizes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, paying attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, including reworks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
