About The Position

The CNC Operator position is based in Irvine, PA, with potential assignments to work in Corry/Warren Plants in the future. The role involves operating various types of Robotic and CNC controlled machines, ensuring effective communication with programming, product, and inspection personnel, and maintaining an organized work area.

Requirements

• Ability to operate Robotic and CNC controlled machines
• Strong communication skills to interact with programming, product, and inspection personnel
• Organizational skills to maintain work area and tools
• Ability to perform wear offset adjustments and maintain print tolerances
• Experience in recording dimensional data and labor hours
• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of Robotic and CNC controlled machines
• Communicate with programming, product, and inspection personnel
• Organize work area of tools and inspection gauging
• Determine appropriate wear offset adjustments to stay within print tolerances
• Replace broken or worn tools
• Record dimensional data of parts being produced electronically or on paper
• Record labor hours performed on parts being produced electronically or on paper
• Rinse and clean parts as required
• Deburr with hand and power tools to detailed drawings, specifications, and instructions
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed properly
• Troubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as required
• Manage chip bins and barrels, cleaning up as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance per schedule
• May be required to work a variety of shifts, including 24/7 schedules and mandatory overtime
• Attend all required meetings and trainings
