About The Position

The CNC Programmer Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This position requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, machining processes, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled at troubleshooting issues that may arise during the machining process.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations.
• Proficiency in G-code programming.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail in programming and machine setup.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
• Mathematical proficiency in geometry and trigonometry.
• Experience with CNC lathes, mills, routers, and related machinery.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
