Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous CNC experience (grinders, mills and lathes)
  • Programming experience (knowledge of G&M code)
  • Shop math skills (standard & metric)
  • Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC Grinders to manufacture precision components.
  • Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
  • Select appropriate tooling, load materials, and operate grinder.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of CNC precision-ground components using various measuring tools to verify geometry and ensure conformance to design specifications.
