Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and computer skills
- Ability to frequently lift up to 65 pounds
- Willingness and ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly with CNC machinery, blueprint reading, forklift operation, or metal fabrication
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of heavy manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, saws, furnaces, and forging presses
- Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Adhere to and actively support company safety protocols and procedures
