Requirements

• High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
• 2+ years of machining experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine tools
• Check produced parts for conformance to specifications
• Follow written and/or verbal job-related instructions
• Perform repetitive machining work with consistency
• May run multiple machines simultaneously in a production cell
• Apply basic math skills to daily tasks
• Maintain reliable attendance in line with company expectations
• Perform other duties as needed
