Examples of such include Masterhead Machining Center, DMU600P, and Mill/Turn Machining Center System. Other tools and equipment include, but are not limited to: micro-computers and programs, tool presetting equipment, measuring devices, jib hoist, overhead crane, fork lift trucks and other material handling equipment, pedestal tool grinders, deburring tools, fixtures, and other miscellaneous hand tools, etc. Receives direction from management. Each operator functions by reviewing the daily workload schedule directives which specifies: The machines’ Preventive Maintenance Plan (PM) The part to be machined. The part to set-up The tooling requirements for all scheduled parts. The next part to be machined Working from the above information, interprets prints, drawings, (part or tool) and sketches and instructions. Performs all necessary set-up operations by installing and adjusting tools, clamps and fixtures, part positioning or alignment and maintaining proper feeds and speeds. Performs all necessary machining operations, either in a controlled N/C mode or manually. Performs all part verification requirements, including Data Sheets. Performs all tool setting requirements.
