About The Position

We are seeking experienced CNC Milling Machinists for our 2nd shift openings. Our 2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential (in addition to hourly rate). We also offer a Hire-On-Bonus No waiting period for benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Flexible Spending, Life Insurance, We are seeking experienced CNC Milling Machinists to operate different CNC milling machines in our shop utilizing FANUC operating systems. You will be operating machines for valuable castings/forgings to manufacture them into quality parts for customers. Typical 2nd shift hours are 4:20 pm-2:50 am Monday - Friday. Must be available for overtime including weekends and during peak production times. This position offers a hire-on-bonus!

Requirements

  • Should be able to read and write English. Basic computer skills are a plus
  • Preferred five or more years of combined formal training and experience or equivalent
  • Broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with CNC machine tool operating procedures
  • Ability to apply recognized tooling and procedures where tolerances are close
  • Blueprint reading ability
  • Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times

Responsibilities

  • Follow written instructions and read and apply blueprint specifications.
  • Performs a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exact tolerances and finishing specifications.
  • Able to perform simple set-ups of many jobs. May operate more than one machine.
  • Checks parts for conformance to specifications.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
