Milling CNC Machinist Position Summary The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture ofponents and devices for the medical device industry. Shifts Available: 2nd Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am

Requirements

Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read and interpret blues
Experience using a microscope
Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

Nice To Haves

Machining experience with medicalponents, devices, or instruments
Previous experience with tight tolerances
Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines

Responsibilities

Operate Milling CNC machines
Perform quality inspection onpleted parts
Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
Complete tool changes
