Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components, and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. The CNC Machinist will perform complex setups and operations on 5-axis mill/turn machines. This role requires strong knowledge of G & M codes, as well as the ability to run and inspect parts with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred
• 3+ years of CNC machine operation
• G & M code understanding
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Interested in learning with, and from, engineering and programming team to improve operations

Nice To Haves

• Okuma control knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability to setup and run machines accurately, and efficiently
• Able to read operation sheets and blueprints
• Able to maintain quality standards and accurately measure completed work
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
