We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment. Shifts Available: 2nd -OR- 3rd shift: Monday - Thursday (4:30pm - 3:00am - OR- 7:30pm - 6:00am) + 15% shift premium Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; work 36 hours get paid for 40! 15% shift premium for ALL weekend shift hours worked! What You’ll Do: Operate, set up, and maintain CNC mill turn machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions. Utilize basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, etc. Perform burr removal on all parts where required. Make necessary machine adjustments, tool changes, etc., as required. Interface with Epicor Labor Entry system and monitor work orders. Manage and monitor both internal and external quality as it relates to the work area. Drive continuous improvements towards quality and delivery within the work area. Execute the production plan to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Support the training of other employees in your area of responsibility as needed. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience with CNC mill turn machines required.
