Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience as a CNC Mill (G-Code).
• Vertical and Horizontal machining experience (Mori Seiki, Mazak, HAAS).
• Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply.
• Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
• Very good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups required to complete parts, including work holding.
• Calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials.
• Hold tight tolerances (+/- .0005).
• Use inspection equipment (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.) proficiently.
• Read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and interpret computer programs sent to machine centers.
• Plan daily machining using blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances.
• Detect and troubleshoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, and closely monitoring drilling and cutting.
