About The Position

CNC Mill Operator will support the CNC area by forming products operating milling equipment and supporting team lead through communication and documentation.

• GED or High School Diploma required, as well as manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete CNC Machinist training program
• Operate multiple machines.
• Perform quality checks of parts with various measuring tools. (Calipers, Mics)
• Conduct daily machine visual inspections and ensure coolant levels are adequate.
• Read blueprints before machining parts and measure blanks to ensure correct size.
• Tracking machine time and maintain part counts efficiently through job boss.
• Complete scrap tags and part cards daily
• Perform daily 5S (Cleaning cell)
• Other duties as assigned.
