We're looking for motivated CNC Mill Operators who are passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma required
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher
• Understanding of manufacturing quality principles
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job plans
• Ability to stand for long periods, use tools, and perform repetitive tasks (including bending/stooping)
• Strong visual acuity for reading instructions and inspecting parts
• Good judgment, decision‑making skills, and a strong safety mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Run CNC programs for specific item codes
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain production specifications
• Collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive team
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and innovative workplace
