Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the CNC mill to execute precise machining tasks.
• Interpret and apply blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and both written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Work from print drawings and setup sheets to ensure precise machining operations.
• Maintain production schedules and achieve efficiency targets.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of machine operations and work orders.
• Efficiently load and unload raw materials and sort parts for processing.
• Utilize CNC control panels, with a focus on OKUMA, effectively.
• Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and versatility.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Use precision instruments to measure and quality-check finished parts, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Make necessary machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production quality.
• Follow standardized documentation and processes to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
