About The Position
The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. This CNC Mill Machinist role requires hands-on machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines independently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and offsets
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues
- Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

- Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
- Familiarity with CNC programming or editing programs
