CNC Mill Machinist Day Shift - M-Th
About The Position
Precinmac is a leading diversified manufacturer of high-tolerance precision machined components and assemblies. We focus on continuous improvement, on-time delivery, and the highest possible quality and consistency. We are currently seeking six CNC Mill Machinist for our Shields Manufacturing facility in Tualatin Oregon. (On-site position). Multiple shifts available, Day Shift, Swing Shift and Weekend Shift. We have an immediate opportunity for multiple CNC Mill Machinists on the Swing shift. These team members will carry out a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
Requirements
- Extensive machine shop/metal working skills
- Possesses the ability to work with decimals
- Comfortable working with close tolerances (thousandths)
- Ability to set up your own jobs and run first part
- Ability to adjust programs if required
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Starts and observes machine operation
- Calculates and set controls to regulate machining factors
- Process offset changes unassisted
- Check parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
- Verify conformance of completed work
- Working on Vertical Mills, Haas and Brother Machines...multiple machines at a time.
