As a QQE CNC Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our CNC area, forming products, operating milling equipment, and supporting your team lead through effective communication and documentation. Requirements

• A GED or High School Diploma is required.
• The ability to work in Manufacturing, Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, and Mechanical Inspection Tools.
• Working in a professional environment is essential.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, judgment, job knowledge, computer skills, basic math, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Safety management, blueprint reading, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Complete our CNC Machinist training program to enhance your skills.
• Manage multiple machines and perform quality checks using various measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Conduct daily machine inspections, maintain coolant levels, and read blueprints to ensure parts are machined to the correct size.
• Track machine time, maintain part counts efficiently, and complete scrap tags and part cards daily.
• Perform daily 5S (cleaning cell) to maintain a tidy workspace.
• Take on other duties as assigned to support your team.
