Kimco Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill 5 Axis Programmer to join a growing machine shop in Corona, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, particularly with 5-axis milling machines, and will be responsible for creating and managing CNC programs to ensure the production of high-quality parts. In this role, you will be tasked with providing detailed setup sheets that include work instructions and tool registers. You will create, load, edit, and store CNC programs, utilizing Mastercam software to write programs that meet the specifications of the projects at hand. Your expertise will be crucial in interpreting blueprints and geometric dimensions, as well as using precise measuring tools to ensure accuracy in production. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will need to communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Physical demands of the job include the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Overtime opportunities are also available, with standard working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
