Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands -on experience in CNC machine maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven ability to rebuild machinery.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting complex drawings.
  • Knowledge of shop math, basic algebra, and geometry.
  • Excellent judgment, decision -making, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Fanuc robots and other automation systems is a plus.
  • Preferred training in Forklift Safety, General Safety, Lock -Out Tag -Out, HAZCOM, Quality, System Awareness, and Arc Flash.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and operating issues.
  • Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on CNC lathes, machining centers, Fanuc robots, testing equipment, assembly equipment, parts washers, lasers, and other automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and minor electrical problems.
  • Replace motors, switches, and fuses.
  • Support advanced machine repairs by adjusting and rebuilding equipment.
  • Perform equipment inspections.
