About the position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Senior Lead to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within our facility. This senior-level role combines advanced technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of machinery, equipment, and facility systems. The Senior Lead will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance best practices. Responsibilities include managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires demonstrated expertise in equipment diagnostics and repair, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Siemens controls is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
