About The Position
The CNC Maintenance Technician position at ATS involves performing reactive and planned maintenance on various devices and machinery. This includes observing devices in operation to locate the root cause of problems, dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts, examining parts for imperfections, adjusting functional parts, repairing or replacing defective parts, and testing devices for performance. The technician will also work closely with planners and schedulers to analyze and recommend engineered solutions to failures, and may be required to set up and operate multiple machining operations. The role does not have supervisory responsibilities but may involve training or leading lower-level employees.
