Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience
• Proficient with CNC lathes, mills, blueprint reading, and G-code interpretation
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machining software
• Skilled in precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Must provide own tools; High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set Up & Run CNC Machines: Mount fixtures, tools, and attachments for efficient job execution.
• Collaborate with Engineers & Supervisors: Align production goals with technical requirements.
• Precision Tuning: Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to ensure parts meet exact specs.
• Quality Control: Monitor runs, detect issues early, and ensure finished parts exceed expectations.
• Machine Maintenance: Keep machines running smoothly with daily checks and maintenance routines.
• Final Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections using measuring tools to verify tolerances and finish.
