Opportunities are available for individuals experienced with CNC Mills, Lathes, and Grinders. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience (Mill, Lathe, or Grinder)
• Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazatrol
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Experience working with tight tolerances

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CNC Grinding (surface, OD/ID, or centerless)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Grinding machines
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and make minor program edits as needed
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all quality standards are met
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety guidelines
