About The Position

$3,000 Skilled CNC worker bonus for DEMONSTRATED proficiency!! Shift differential Annual profit sharing Annual contribution to ESOP account No vaccine mandate Hourly range $24-$39 In house apprenticeship program Our manufacturing campus is comprised of 6 buildings with over 160,000 square feet of manufacturing space supported by 2 offsite warehouses. The manufacturing campus maintains 24/7 continuous operations with roughly 300 employees and over 150 CNC machine tools. Applicant will be: Proficient with the operation of a CNC machine tool. Able to complete setups on various types of CNC machines Able to read and interpret blueprints. Familiar with standard machine shop metrology equipment and be proficient with reading gages. Able to make machine adjustments as necessary based on tool wear and gage feedback. Required to follow safety protocols. Expected to complete inspection documentation as required by process control plan. Able to perform preventative maintenance and 5S guidelines Familiar with G&M code Working in a team environment and required to communicate effectively with other team members. Required to work 10-12 hours shifts on their feet. Familiar with metric/standard conversion. Willing to train other machine operators as needed.
