About The Position

Step into a high-skill role as a CNC Machinist Level 3, where you’ll independently set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to create components built to exacting standards. About the Role Independently set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components to specification. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements to ensure accurate machining and inspections. Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making necessary tool and work offset adjustments to maintain part conformity and production flow. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, keeping a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times. Engage in continuous skill development, participating in training programs and completing additional duties as assigned to support team and production goals. About You You’re the kind of machinist who thrives on solving problems, mastering intricate setups, and bringing blueprints to life with precision. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and you bring a proactive, dependable work ethic to every shift.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of CNC machining experience, supported by a completed vocational school certificate and/or relevant technical certifications or documented training.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar CNC machining role, with proven ability to apply advanced machining principles and operate CNC equipment independently.
  • Advanced understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control, ensuring precision and consistency across all machined components.
  • Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes, with the skill to maintain accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and uphold high manufacturing standards.
  • Permanent working rights and availability to work in the United States
  • Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
