About The Position
A growing composites manufacturer in the greater Albany, NY area is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Machinist to join its production team. This role supports the fabrication of precision composite components used across a range of industries. The ideal candidate: Has hands-on machining experience in a manufacturing environment Works well independently and in a team setting Pays strong attention to detail Can perform effectively with limited supervision Approaches challenges with problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement Interacts with others in a respectful, professional manner

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machining equipment, including CNC machines, mills, and routers
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with troubleshooting
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards within the department
- Contribute to ongoing process and productivity improvements
- Cross-train as needed to support additional production areas
