In This Role, You will: As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (Lathe and Milling) to product high-quality precision components. You will follow production schedules, interpret blueprints, perform inspections and maintain your area.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurement tools
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling equipment, according to specifications and blueprints.
- Load and unload materials.
- Monitor machine operations and make basic program or tooling adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report more complex issues.
- Meet production goals while upholding quality and efficiency standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
