About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level CNC Machinist to join our busy and highly skilled team at our Fulton Facility , where we produce components for our fusion and fintube machines. This isn’t your average machine shop job—our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry. If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments, and take pride in setup-heavy, precision machining, this role is your next move. Reliability, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset are critical to success in this position. Machines You’ll Work On 1 st Shift Haas Lathe Moderate-complexity 3-axis machines with one or two set ups per shift. Ability to use large outside diameter micrometers is required.

Requirements

2+ years CNC machining experience.
Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances.
Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands.
Proven track record of reliability and accountability.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
Excellent attention to detail, with pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines.
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions.
Perform machine setups, including: Loading fixtures and tools Selecting and loading the correct program Setting work coordinates and tool offsets Sizing in first article using measurement tools
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
Identify and select correct materials for each job.
Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time.
Own your work center—maintaining high quality, speed, and organization.
