About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong HAAS mill and/or lathe experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a precision metal fabrication environment and a solid understanding of setup, programming, and operation of CNC equipment.

Requirements

2–5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or job shop environment.
Proficiency with HAAS controls (HAAS mills and/or lathes) is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with G-code programming and editing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts per specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and tolerances.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and part inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure part quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency and solve machining challenges.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
