CNC Machinist - Weekend Shift Operator Days and Nights
About The Position
Aerospace Machine Shop is looking for a Weekend Shift Machinist to operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical mills. Shift Hours: Day Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 AM to 6 PM with two 30 minute lunches Night Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 PM to 6 AM with two 30 minute lunches The weekend shift will work 33 hours a week. When you work 33 hours each week, a 7 hour weekend shift differential will be added to your pay. Industry Leading Benefits Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Voluntary Life insurance with the employee paying 100% of the premium. PTO/ Holiday pay – Eligible upon hire We are looking for someone with 3+ years of CNC machine operation. Pay Range: 0-5 Years CNC Operation, but no set up $18-$23/ hour 0-2 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $20-25/ hour 2-5 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $25-30 / hour Basic Qualifications: Experience in operation and set up of CNC mill machines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) up to and including 5-axis mills Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or written instructions Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials Monitor quality and workmanship, verification of dimensional requirements to print. Requirements
- Experience in operation and set up of CNC mill machines
- 3+ years of CNC machine operation
