Available Shifts & Pay 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm): Senior CNC Lathe Machinists $20.00 – $35.00 per hour 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm): CNC Operators or CNC Machinists $20.00 – $30.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am): CNC Operators or CNC Machinists $20.00 – $30.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential Pay is based on experience.

Requirements

• CNC machining or operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with CNC lathes preferred for senior-level roles
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Medical device or regulated industry experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills depending on skill level
• Run medical device components to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make basic offsets and adjustments as needed
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
