The Opportunity: CNC Machinist Your Role: The CNC Machinist is responsible for the setup and operation of a variety of CNC machines, including horizontal and vertical mills. You will set up, operate, and manufacture products according to blueprint specifications and customer requirements.

Requirements

Minimum education level of High School, GED, or its equivalent
3+ years experience in a machine shop environment
3+ years experience working with mill machines
US Persons

Nice To Haves

Associates in Precision Machining
Experience with multi-axis CNC milling with FANUC controls, MAZAK, or similar
Experience in horizontal mill machines

Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspections on both in-process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment.
Inspect weldments and fabricated products
Inspect the finished product (painting and powder coat)
Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies
Use experience with common metrology tools including calipers, and micrometers to measure parts.
CMM programming as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.
