About The Position

Help Build the Future of High‑Performance Automotive Parts Join the team that manufactures the parts powering Speedway’s hot‑rod and racing innovations. Our state-of-the-art , 75,000+ sq. ft. machining facility is built for precision, efficiency, and the kind of advanced manufacturing that’s shaping the next era of automotive performance. We’re looking for skilled machinists who know their way around CNC equipment and want to work with modern, high-tech machines to produce high-quality components. See us in action here What You’ll Do Set up, program, and operate a variety of equipment, including: CNC lathes with live tooling, Y-axis, sub spindles, multi‑turret CNC Swiss lathes CNC VMC and horizontal machining centers 5‑axis machining centers Manual shop equipment (mills, lathes, saws, drill presses, grinders) programming offline using CAD/CAM software or program directly at the machine. Use precision measuring tools—gages, calipers, micrometers—to ensure tight tolerances. Conduct quality inspections and monitor productivity. Track tooling life and prevent scrap . Perform minor machine maintenance. Train CNC Machine Operators when needed. Suggest improvements to processes and workflow . Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Schedule & Pay Hiring for availability in either our first or second shift. First Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00AM-4:30PM Second Shift : Monday –Thursday | 4:15 PM–2:45 AM , Second shift includes a competitive wage differential. What You Bring Experience in manufacturing or precision machining Ability to read blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliability and willingness to work as part of a high‑performing team Associates Degree in Precision Tooling or equivalent education and experience. At least 18 years of age. Must be able to operate CNC lathes and/ or mills , programming experience is a plus . Familiarity with CAD( Computer Aided-Design)/ CAM( Computer Aided-Manufacturing) packages and programming a plus . Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication. Must work safely following established safety policies and procedures. Requirements
