About The Position

CNC Machinists 2nd shift & weekend shift! We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists to operate and perform set-ups on CNC Lathes and Mills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various control systems, including Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls. These positions offer diverse shift options and require someone who can independently manage machine set-ups, make program edits, adjust speeds and feeds, and perform offsets to meet production standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in Lathes and Mills
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls
• Ability to make program edits, adjust speeds and feeds, and perform offsets
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tools
• Own tools highly desired (basic tools required)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Lathes and Mills with varying controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Smooth controls)
• Perform program edits at the machine, adjusting speeds, feeds, and offsets to optimize machine performance and product quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining processes and part specifications
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
