About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist; this role is responsible for machining precision components used in our in-house manufacturing of power end pump parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC nail machines, CNC lathes, and manual lathes, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience required
• Proficiency operating CNC nail machines, CNC lathes, and manual lathes
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with tight tolerances and precision machining
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a 7-year background check
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Must complete a non-DOT physical exam

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC nail machines, CNC lathes, and manual lathes
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce precision parts
• Manufacture and machine power end pump components to exact tolerances
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
