About The Position

We are actively hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a machining facility in Jackson, MI . This is a great opportunity for machinists who are confident in setup, operation, offsets, and changeovers and have strong experience with FANUC-based controls . Machines Currently Running All equipment utilizes FANUC-based controls (operator interface varies by manufacturer): DMG MORI - Horizontal Lathes & Horizontal Machining Centers DOOSAN - Vertical Lathes & Horizontal Machining Centers MAKINO - Horizontal Machining Centers If you've worked on these platforms (or similar FANUC-controlled machines), we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Strong experience with FANUC controls
• Experience with setup, operation, offsets, and changeovers
• Experience on horizontal/vertical lathes and machining centers
• Ability to work OT and weekends when required
• Reliable and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Perform full machine setups and changeovers
• Operate CNC lathes and machining centers efficiently
• Adjust offsets and make program edits as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Monitor tool wear and perform tooling changes
• Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
• Support production goals in a fast-paced machining environment

Benefits
