About The Position

Looking for full time CNC Operators. Versatile runs (4) Biesse CNC Routers: (2) flat table machines and (2) pod and rail machines. Versatile manufactures all wood products, experience with wood products is required.
Versatile is a high tech, fast paced & diverse manufacturing operation of custom products. As a OEM manufacturer we manufacturer for major furniture companies, store fixture manufacturers, and general contractors across the nation. Production runs change often and the operator must be able to work quickly and efficiently and time manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Experience operating a CNC Router for wood products such as Baltic Birch, MDF, Plywood, Solid Wood, Laminates, Melamine, Veneer
• Must be able to measure parts using standard equipment: Tape measure & calipers
• Must be able to read manufacturing prints and input dimensions into computer program
• Must be able to use a computer

Responsibilities

• Follow tooling set up procedures
• Perform periodic quality inspections on parts & first article inspections on all new production runs
• Measure parts using standard equipment: Tape measure & calipers
• Read manufacturing prints and input dimensions into computer program
• Use ERP system to log into all jobs and pull prints for production parts
