About The Position

CNC Machine Operator Lathe/Mill Machinist – Saginaw, TX Are you an experienced machinist seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing company? We’re looking for a Lathe/Mill Machinist skilled in operating and setting up manual and/or CNC machines , who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts. Pay & Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday Starting at $22–$23 per hour (based on experience) Weekly Pay Quarterly Bonuses for production and attendance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience operating lathes and/or milling machines (manual or CNC)
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC lathes or milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Select proper tooling, materials, and machine settings for each job
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Perform machine maintenance and maintain an organized workspace
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
